Completely developed and manufactured in Italy, AutoCut80 Plus is the newest evolution of B-FLEX Italia’s roll to sheet automatic cutter and performs exceptionally well in cutting DTF rolls.

Highly automated and efficient, this cutter is capable of producing sheets from rolls of flexible materials by combining horizontal and vertical cutting.

Precision and ease of use are always guaranteed, thanks to both the tailor-made cutting mode (Auto Mode) and the automatic reading of cutting marks (Mark Mode).

All functions are easily accessible via the touchscreen control panel, allowing AutoCut80 Plus to adapt to any requirement, including the adjustment of cutting speed and material feed.

Not only for DTF and heat-adhesive films, AutoCut80 Plus can cut a vast array of materials up to 80 cm wide: self-adhesive vinyls, paper, PVC banners, and many others. The drive rollers and vertical blades are pneumatically adjustable to ensure the best settings based on the material being processed. Additionally, the noise-reduced compressor is integrated into the machine.

The performance of AutoCut80 Plus optimizes workflow by eliminating the post-print cutting bottleneck, thanks to a maximum speed of 15 linear meters per minute in Auto Mode, which equates to more than 3 DTF rolls per hour.
